At Amore Flowers we take great pride in our self on the excellence of our merchandise and services. It is essential to keep in mind that flowers are perishable, natural merchandise that can easily respond to their instant indoor environment and external climate conditions. Amore Flowers makes certain that your flowers are of the finest and top excellence and are handpicked every day.

Air conditioning, excessive heat or climate changes may also have an negative impact on the lifetime of your flowers.

 Special Event purchasing details and Flower Quality

For any purchase put less than 24 hours before a major time example: Valentines Day, Mother’s day or Christmas, buyers must be aware and understand that the purchase will be implemented as an ‘alt order’. This means that alternatives may need to be made in order to perform your request in time for the special event. While every attempt will be made in order to satisfy your purchase specifications as close to the original product image as possible, this won’t be able to be guaranteed. Any purchase placed after 11.00am the day before to the day of delivery, will be labelled as an ‘alt order’ and will be implemented as a result.

Special Delivery Instructions

Wherever required, a particular delivery time can be inquired for your order but regrettably CANNOT be secured unless prior necessary measures have been made with our Staff by phone (Call (02) 9832 3171). Some exclusive delivery needs could incur a surcharge. Where prior measures have not been made with a staff member, every attempt will still be made to fulfil your request. Our standard delivery service covers business deliveries being made prior to 5pm, and residential deliveries may be sent up until 6.30pm. For Funeral services we recommend that you contact our staff directly to talk about your needs.

Special Event delivery conditions

For Secured delivery for a Special Event example: Valentines Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, orders must be put before 5.00pm AEST on the day before the order is required. Although each and every attempt will be made in order to satisfy your needs, we are unable to guarantee them. In the case that delivery is not capable to be completed, the order will be delivered on the next obtainable date. This is the circumstance for Special Event durations only, or else our same day delivery policy does apply.

Delivery on Weekdays

Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays: online orders placed BEFORE 11:00 a.m. AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) for business deliveries and BEFORE 12:00 p.m. AEST for residential deliveries can typically be delivered the same day. We are unable to guarantee particular delivery times. Every effort will be made to fulfil your needs but are unable to guarantee them. If you have any other inquiries on time requirements please contact us.

If a Public Holiday is chosen for delivery your purchase will automatically be sent on the Following business day.

Delivery on Saturday

Saturday delivery is offered, whilst the order must be put BEFORE 11:00 a.m. AEST on Saturday.

Delivery for Sunday or Public Holidays

Sunday (except for Mother’s Day) or Public Holiday deliveries are not available. Should you select Sunday or a Public Holiday for delivery, your order will automatically be sent on the Following business day.


Urgent Delivery Needs

If you need urgent delivery on a Business Day example your order is put after the above times AEST and you require same day delivery, please call Amore Flowers on (02) 9832 3171 while in business hours Monday to Friday and inform us of this need.

Your Purchase – What You Have Ordered

Because of to seasonal availability with specific flowers and arrangements shown on our websites may differ somewhat in design or appearance to what is delivered. If a specific flower, product or package is unavailable, an item of equivalent quality and value will be replaced.

Some flowers are affected by delivery and freight times; we will try to advise you should this be the situation. Flower availability differs amongst states and in some cases within the state; the florist may use their alternative of flowers to make sure your delivery is sent on time, for the delivery date required.


Cancellation of an Order

Please Note: ALL cancellations will receive an Administration and/or Processing fee. Please read our Cancellation Terms below.

Cancellations received within LESS THAN 24 hours notice prior to the appointed delivery date will receive a fee of 50% of the total order value.

Cancellations received with MORE THAN 24 hours notice prior to the appointed delivery date will receive a $15 administration fee.

Regrettably, we are not able to terminate orders that are witout a doubt prepared, or are with our courier for delivery.



Online Orders: All refunds for orders put online will be credited back to the original credit card on which the order was acquired.

Telephone Orders: All refunds for orders put over the Telephone will be credited back to the original credit card on which the order was acquired.

In store Purchases: Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was acquired or by EFTPOS only.

Cash Purchases: A voucher for the same sum paid will be given for all cash purchases.


Incorrect Delivery Address

Amore Flowers is not accountable if an incorrect address is provided. Please be certain that you enter all the correct information at time of purchasing and please enter as much information as possible. There is space for you to provide any special delivery instructions when you place your order and we really encourage you to use it. 
If we are directed to an wrong address, an extra delivery charge may apply to reroute the delivery.


If the recipient is not home

We do require that you verify just before ordering that someone will be at the address on the day of your expected delivery. 
If no one is at the provided address to acquire the delivery, our driver will leave the gift if it safe to do so. If for some reason it is not secure, we will leave a calling card and do our best to come back to the address the same day, nevertheless, an extra delivery charge may apply.


Overseas and Interstate rural deliveries

Make sure you be aware that some areas in some countries including remote rural areas in Australia may be categorized as restricted by our delivery service. Deliveries to these regions may take up to 24-48 hours for delivery and may receive an extra delivery charge.

Any complaints must be made within 36 hours of distribution so that Amore Flowers can make sure we can organize the best achievable resolution.
